Fort Lauderdale, FL - Teresa G. "Terry" Pyrtko, 89, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, formerly of Little Falls, N.J., passed away on Feb. 1, 2018. Visitation will be on Wed., Feb. 7 from 5-8 p.m. at Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home, 486 Pompton Ave., Cedar Grove, N.J. All are invited to gather on Thurs., Feb. 8 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Philip the Apostle Church, 797 Valley Rd., Clifton, N.J. Interment will follow at Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Upper Montclair, N.J. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she resided in Clifton, N.J. for most of her life before residing in Little Falls, Mantoloking Shores, N.J. and Ft. Lauderdale. She was the founder and broker of Terry Perko Agency, Inc., Little Falls, since 1966. She was a member of the Women's Club of Little Falls, the Passaic County Board of Realtors, serving as President in 1978, and the N.J. Association of Realtors, serving as treasurer from 1979 to 1980.

Predeceased by her husband, Kenneth T., Sr., and son, Kenneth T., Jr., she is survived by her children, Grace R. Pyrtko-DiSabato and A. Roger Pyrtko, Sr.; grandchildren, A. R. Pyrtko, Jr., Taylor A. Pyrtko, and his wife, Elizabeth, Pamela Pyrtko, Paige Pyrtko, Jaclyn DiSabato, and Kimberly DeMatteo; and great-grandchildren, Jayden DeMatteo and Persons Bryant Griffith, V.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the , alz.org, or Hospice of New Jersey, 400 Broadacres Dr., Bloomfield, N.J. 07003.
