Brick - Vincenza Riccio age 91 of Brick Township, NJ died peacefully at home on Tuesday March 13th 2018. Vincenza was born and raised in Cliffside Park, New Jersey and was one of five children in a loving Italian-American Family. In 1950 she married the love of her life, Carl. Together, they raised their large family of nine children. After living in West New York, New Jersey, the family moved to Brick Township in 1957 where she lived the rest of her life. Vincenza was a homemaker who's life revolved around her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was a founding member of St. Dominic's R.C. Church in Brick which she regularly attended for fifty years.

Vincenza was predeceased by her loving and devoted husband Carl in 2006. She is also the last surviving of her siblings.

Surviving are 9 Children: Peter of Warren, NJ, Frank of Toms River, Paul of Montville, Thomas and his wife Irene of California, Margaret and her husband John McCarey of Cream Ridge, Carla and her husband Mario Altamirano of Florida, Julianne and her husband Craig Bacovin of Allentown, NJ, Tamara and her husband Roy Dragon of Whitehouse Station, NJ, and Renee and her husband Robert Springhorn of Cream Ridge. Also surviving are 28 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Viewing hours will be held on Sunday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home 2170 Hwy. 88 Brick. A funeral mass will be offered on Monday 10:00am at St. Dominic's R.C. Church in Brick. Burial will follow at Brig. Gen. William Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Arnytown. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Vincenza's name to the NJ Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Assoc. 1719 Route 10 Suite 229 Parsippany, NJ 07054.
