William H. "Bill" Caldwell, 33, of Toms River, passed away Saturday, Oct. 4. Born in Nuremberg, Germany, he resided in Toms River since age 9. After attending Toms River High School East and University of Hartford, he studied, traveled, worked, and lived in many different cities around America. He eventually returned to Toms River when he married Colleen Williamson, also of Toms River, in June 2008. Bill was a creative person who wrote screenplays, read widely, and worked as a still photographer and television editor. He was most recently employed by Capone's Restaurant, Toms River.
Surviving are his wife, Colleen; his parents, Austin H. and Nancy H. Caldwell of Toms River; his twin brother; his older brother, Christopher, his sister-in-law, Wendy, his nephew, Reilly, and his grandmother, Mariana, all of Fanwood; his loyal Yorkshire terrier, Murphy; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.
Viewing hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Christ Episcopal Church, 415 Washington St., Toms River.
