AGE: 82 • Colts Neck

Carmine Thomas Mason, also known as Tom to his dear friends, 82, of Colts Neck, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on February 14th at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel. Carmine was born on January 2, 1932 in Linden and in 1960, moved to the Bayshore area.

In 1990, he and his wife Cindy settled in Colts Neck. Carmine was the proud owner of the Exxon Station on Rt. 36 and Stone Rd in the Hazlet/Union Beach area. He was well known in the community and loved by all his family and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, John and Catherine Mason, his grandson Anthony Carmine Tripp, his sister Shirley Costanza and his brothers in law, Joseph Costanza and Hank Wojick. Carmine is survived by his beloved wife Cindy (Bendix) Mason, his loving children, Helen Tripp and her husband Jeff of Jackson, Thomas Mason and his wife Debbie of Sicklerville, Gary Mason of Hazlet, Anthony Alagona and his girlfriend Ambika Ragbir of Red Bank and Cassandra Davila and her husband Baron of Colts Neck, his dear sister, Grace Wojick of Hazlet and his cherished grandchildren, Thomas, Kati and John Mason, Gina Tripp and Ray Davila. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, February 19th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM and Thursday, February 20th from 9:45 to 10:30 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3269 State Rt. 35 N, Hazlet.
