Frank Clarici Obituary
AGE: 56 • Toms River
Frank A. Clarici III, 56, of Toms River, died Monday, April 11, 2011, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Trenton, he lived in Toms River most of his life. Frank was a self-employed carpenter in the Toms River area for 38 years.
Surviving are his wife, Diane Chapman Clarici of 33 years; his son, Frank A. Clarici IV and his wife Jennifer and his daughter, Tiffany Clarici, both of Toms River. He is the beloved Pop to Frankie V. He is also survived by his father, Lawrence Clarici and his wife Mary; his brothers, John, Greg and Larry; and his sister, Michelle Blauser.
Visiting will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 15 and from 8:30 to 9 a.m. Saturday, April 16 at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Frank's life will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, 33 Woodland Road, Bayville. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Toms River. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.andersonandcampbell.com.

Another year has come & gone and more & more as time passes friends are missed and the pool gets smaller. Frank was one of those persons that you never forget and remember throughout the years as a kind, helpful, happy person who gave his time, knowledge and experience to any in need. Frank was a person in my timeframe that while short in time everlasting in life for someone who left and indelible impression on my wife and I in our lives. Was fortunate enough to become friends with Frank, if only for a short time. At the anniversary of Franks passing I would like to let everyone know that while our time was short in knowing Frank, my wife and I still think of him fondly. He was especially kind to us, as he was with everyone he met. We became friends only 6 months prior and he was nothing short of being a real caring, interested, and helpful gentleman. I miss him and we still think of him and his kindness.

I met Frank in High School we leave for lunch in that lil gray bug eyed austin we just thought we were too cool at that time, years later we took are then girlfreinds to the prom Frank had borrowed a old mercedes to drive around we rented rooms at Howard Johnson and we thought we we it since we were "older" of course we had mix drinks on our prom table Frank and I just thought how cool we were again, I would run into Frank a zapperts once in a while and we'ed always chuckle over that time , A fond memeroy of a good freind...and that can never be takin from me

I never had the chance to meet Frank in person, but was hoping to attend one of the Sprite weekends. He was the most knowlwedgable Sprite expert ever and offered me many solutions by email. He will be missed by the Sprite community and I vow to always have a Sprite in my possession in his honor.

To Diane and all of Franks family.
No matter the time and distance that separated us you and Frank were in my thoughts often. I can still recall Frank and I plotting trouble and watching double chiller theater at the house on Harding Ave while our parents were out on a Saturday night and years later crawling around under small cars on the side of the road. Frank was a good and kind man whose companionship was a great comfort in my life. We were distant cousins but but Frank being who he was felt like a brother to me. We are all very fortunate to have had Frank in our lives, and now can only try to live up to his example . There is more to be said but there are really no words I can use. I know Frank is in the place of peace he most certainly deserves to be.

Frank was simply the best. He was the most generous person anyone could want to call "friend." He always had time and energy to share. He drove to my house in Hatboro, PA to help me several times, and even brought me a parts car as a housewarming gift.
I will add a picture that shows how I want to remember him. Sitting in a Spridget tub, with a smile on his face.
I am sorry that I lost touch, but it makes me think about the value of friends like Frank. The sadness is overwhelming.

I am honored to have known Frank and to have been his friend. He was one very special person and I don't say that lightly.
I admired the way Frank lived every minute to the fullest. He was a super-achiever who "got things done". It almost seemed like there were 100 hours in his days.

I cannot imagine a world without Frank. The Spridget rescues, most memorable was Amy’s long sitting Sprite. Almost completely rebuilt in 2 days!

To Diane, Frankie and Tiffany. I just spoke to Frank Monday while he was at work asking for help w/ my BE. As usual Frank was more than willing to help and give advise. I just had a Session w/ him and the guys at his house 2 weeks ago where they got my wifes BE on the road. I met Frank 6 months ago and he helped me immeasureably. I'll surely miss him. Frank was an incredible person. His love of Sprites and Midgets inspired and helped so many people to keep their cars running. His sense of humour mixed with his "we tight" mentality endeared him to all who met him, either in person, or on the 'Net.

Frank was a great guy and an icon in the little British car community. He knowledge and willingness to help other with there projects will be missed. He helped me with my motor by rebuilding my carburetors. He had a great sense of humor and was a fun person to be around. I will miss my friend Frank for a long time.

I never had the privilege of meeting you and Frank in person, yet I feel that I know you both through correspondence on the Spridget Lists. I know that he will be sorely missed by all of us who drive these silly British cars, but I can't even come close to imagining the pain his family must feel. I can only pray that you find peace and that when our time comes we will all get together in a better place and drive 'em like we stole 'em.

While I had never met Frank, I, like so many other people got to know Frank over the internet. I will deeply miss his daily wit and wisdom. To his family, I can only pray you will find some small comfort in this difficult time knowing how much he touched so many people without ever meeting them. God bless you.
