George M. Frazer Jr., 86, passed away August 18, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Frazer was born in Astoria, Queens, raised in Bayside Queens before moving to West Islip, Long Island where he raised his family before finally settling in Lakewood for the past 18 years. George served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He worked for the Maggio Data Company in Long Island for many years as a printer. Mr. Frazer achieved the highest honor as the State President in the Loyal Order of the Moose. He was a member of the Men's Club, Architectural Committee and many other activities in the Four Seasons Lakewood Community. George was an avid golfer, bowler, and wood craftsman. He loved all sports in particular Mets Baseball and Penn State Football. Most of all he loved spending time with his granddaughter. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and friend to many. He will be greatly missed by all. Mr. Frazer is predeceased by his wife Florence, and parents George Sr. and Martha Frazer. George is survived by his daughter Gail Taliercio and her husband Fabian, granddaughter, Deanna and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the D'Elia Funeral Home Rt. 1300 Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. A family eulogy will be held at 8PM on Monday, August 22, 2016 at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 11AM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran's Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
