Donald Michaels Obituary
Lakewood - Donald M. Michaels, of Lakewood, NJ, passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018. Viewing will be 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at Dooley's Funeral Home, 218 North Ave, Cranford, NJ. Memorial Service Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at 11:30 am also at Dooley's Funeral Home.
Donald worked for CE Lumus for 30 years. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jean-Marie and Thomas Jordan, and his granddaughters Sarah and Abigail Jordan. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Sandra Michaels, and brother-in-law, Hugh Dempsey. If you wish to make a donation in lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society or Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains, NJ.

So sorry to hear this news. Don was a wonderful neighbor of ours, we will miss him. He was fun, helpful and he and my husband loved to reminisce about Monmouth County high school sports. Don also showed interest in our children, always asked about their studies and took time to chat with them. I'll miss hearing his cheerful Hi Babe! when we ran into each other around the community.
