Norma Luevano Obituary


Norma Luevano, 44, of Yuba City, CA, passed away on April 28, 2015 after a 3 year battle with breast cancer. Norma was born on July 17, 1970 to Jose and Ofelia Luevano. Norma lived in Yuba City her whole life. Mother to two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Monique Heredia, she enjoyed her time with her family and friends. Especially going to the movies with her daughters.

Norma worked as an Office Specialist with Yuba County Human Resources.

Norma is survived by her daughters, Jessica Heredia and Monique Heredia; brothers, Hugo Luevano, Jose Luevano and Rick Luevano and sister, Nancy DeLeon.

She is preceded in death by her mother Ofelia Vega Luevano and father Jose C. Luevano.

Services will be held at St. Isidore Church on May 6, 2015 at 6:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Team Norma at Schools Financial Credit Union or the Financial Assistance Program at Stanford Hospital.

I still can't believe that I will not be seeing Norma's beautiful face and hear her laugh at work. She was a very dear friend and will be missed. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I will miss you. Love you Norma. I know you are resting in paradise.
