Julia Ann Williams Obituary

September 29, 1959 - March 20, 2017

Beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend lost her courageous battle with cancer.

Julia is an example of God's love and transforming power. She poured out God's loving grace to those that she served. Her love overflowed in abundance and was evident to all.

She was an avid 49er's fan, but her family was the most important thing in her life. She loved family celebrations, BBQ's and camping trips. She gave with her whole heart. She cared more for others than herself.

Julia loved cooking for her family and she was an amazing cook. This led her to share that love and skill through The Salvation Army with those that came into the shelter. She served in Yuba City and Sacramento. Those that she served she considered family.

She is survived by Noel Siller, Lance McVey, Ashley Brackett, Adriana Righero, and her 11 grandchildren, her two brothers and her father.

A celebration of Julia's life will take place on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 11:00am at The Salvation Army, 401 Del Norte, Yuba City, with a reception following in Sutter at the SYO.

In lieu of flowers, please give to The Salvation Army.
