Kathleen V. (Kay) Willsey-Reynolds Obituary
Kathleen (Kay) V. Willsey-Reynolds born in Arkansas on September 28, 1920, passed away peacefully with family at her bedside on November 28th, 2013.

Mimi was the name her grandchildren and great grandkids affectionately called her. Living to the age of 93 she had a love of life that few people experience. She married her husband Harry Warren Willsey in 1941 in Fresno, California.

Kay loved everything about dancing and music. Traveling was also a great pastime and Hawaii was one of her favorite places to go.

In 1972 they purchased "Pennys Mobile Home Park" in Marysville, CA. They remodeled it and called it "Country Village". They also purchased a piece of property in LaPorte, CA, and made it their family retreat.

Warren passed in 1984 while building their dream cabin. Kay continued on at the park and finishing the LaPorte cabin.

In 1992 Kay met and married Lew Reynolds and moved to Forbestown in the Sierras. She loved the outdoors and they enjoyed planting on their acreage and visiting family and friends. Lew's family embraced Kay and she them.

Kay never knew a stranger because one smile made them her friend. That was the way it always was. Even in her final days she was loved by everyone she touched.

She will be greatly missed by her son Warren (Dub) and Linda; grandchildren, Kendra Cendana and Lee, Keith Willsey, Marit Edwards and Darrell, Bree Carlson and Mark, Arlaina McDaniel and Nick, great grandchildren Kayleen, Kamryn, Jade, Rowdy and Dillion and great-great grandchildren Imogen, and Kolton. Husband, Lew Reynolds; and stepchildren, Colleen, Steven, Bonnie, Byron and Elaine; grandchildren, Mark, Jay, Julie, Dennis, Kari, Lauren, Jonathan, Michael, Daniel, Robert, Jeffrey and Michael.

Kay joins her husband, Harry Warren, daughter Karen McDaniel, parents, Taylor and Jenny Kizer; siblings Red, Demus, Ola May, Ralph, Veda and Earl and great-granddaughter Nicol.

Memorial to be held at a later date.

Until we meet again. Rest in peace "Beautiful Lady"!!!!
