Lauren Elisabeth Driver Arant Obituary

The family of Lauren Elisabeth Driver Arant sadly announce the passing of their beloved daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, auntie and cousin on August 25, 2016. Lauren brought love and happiness into our lives when she was born on January 2, 2001 in Yuba City, California.

She was currently a Sophomore at Sutter Union High School. As a 4.0 GPA student, she was a valued member of the CSF (California Scholarship Federation) for several years. Lauren's greatest aspiration was to become a veterinarian, as she had a deep love for animals and all living things. She volunteered at Sterling Labs, where she had the good fortune of meeting her best friend and her black lab, Riggs. One of her greatest passions was fishing, especially salmon fishing and she could always be found out on the Sacramento River in Grimes, enjoying her time out on the water.

Lauren is survived by her loving parents Robert Arant and Laurie Driver Arant of Yuba City; her sisters Stephanie Bill, of Sacramento and Morgan Fox, of Dover, Delaware. She also leaves her paternal grandparent Gayle Arant, of Colusa; and her maternal grandparent Susan Driver, of Grimes. She was preceded in death by her granddad, Gary Driver Sr. and grandpa, Les Arant. She is also survived by her brother-in-laws, nephews, niece, cousins and many, many caring friends, all of whom she loved so much.

She loved her family and was known for her kind, friendly demeanor and her ability to make others smile and lift their spirits. Lauren will always be remembered happy and her big smile and infectious laugh will be forever in our hearts.

A remembrance will be held at Southridge Estates, 9413 South Butte Road, Sutter, CA on September 10, 2016 at 1:00 P.M.
