Mary Jane Burrier Obituary

Mary Jane Burrier, passed away November 30, 2017. She was born October 4, 1947 in Woodland. She graduated from Yuba City High School with honors and belonged to several clubs.

Mary started working at Driver's Insurance in Robbins, then went to work for Econ in Yuba City and retired from Dr. Royo in Marysville.

Mary enjoyed working on family history, going on many trips to explore the history and taking her great nephew Jason and great nieces Kim and Carly. She also enjoyed the love from her rescue dogs, Willy, Henry and Potter. She loved working in her yard watching the plants grow and bloom. Mary also knitted caps for all ages, when finished she took them to the Shriner's Hospital in Sacramento. But her greatest love was the love of her family.

She is survived by her sister Frances Hensen; niece Kathy Ferguson (Larry) and nephew Mike Hensen (Johnna), all of Meridian.

She was preceded in death by her father Cliff Burrier, mother Lucille Burrier and grandmother Mildred Moore.

A viewing will be held Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 4pm-7pm at the Chapel of the Twin Cities. Graveside services will be Friday, December 8, 2017 at 10am at Sutter Cemetery.
