I did not have the pleasure of meeting John. I did though, learn a bit about him in reading his book "Drop Him Till He Dies!" What an outstanding writer and even more awesome great-grandson of Thomas Egan.

Condolences to the Egan family. 58 years of marriage is amazing. Please take comfort in the Biblical hope that sickness and death will soon be no more. At Hosea 13:14, it shows why we can see our dear loved ones again and we can believe that.
