Carolynn Heiser Obituary
Carolynn Heiser

Carolynn Heiser, age 84 of Georgetown, passed away on February 14, 2017. She was born March 16, 1932 in Beresford, South Dakota to Joseph and Cecelia (Colby) Determan. Carolynn married Keith Heiser on August 11, 1951 in Beresford, SD. He preceded her in death on August 30, 2001.

After moving to Georgetown in 2001 after the death of her husband, she spent her time spoiling her children and all her furry grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Georgetown Garden Club for several years.

Carolynn was a real sweetheart. Even those who knew her by acquaintance or just in passing were able to learn quickly how loveable and delightful she was. Some wine, food and good conversation were of her favorite things that she liked to share with others.

She leaves behind her three children Mike (Linda) Heiser, Kurt (Gillian) Heiser, and Staci (Jim) Taggart and her fur baby, Bunny. Although she had no grandchildren, she doted on numerous furry grandchildren throughout her life. Also special in her life were her nieces and nephew Chris Winter, Cindy Miner, Corki Moller, David Winter, and Colleen Werner along with their families.

The family would like to thank her physicians and healthcare providers that helped her make her way through the past few years. We would also like to thank A-Med Hospice who helped make her last days more peaceful. Thanks and love to Cynthia Miles, who cared for our mother during the past year assisting with her care. You are the best.

No services will take place. Donations to your local animal shelter would be the best way to honor her.

Arrangements made under the care and guidance of Ramsey Funeral Home 5600 Williams Dr. Georgetown, Texas 78633 (512) 869-7775.
