Kareem Cisse Obituary
Kareem Cisse

Kareem Houssein Cisse 15, of Sioux Falls passed away February 22nd 2017, as a result of injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident.

Kareem was born May 10th, 2001 in Sioux Falls, SD. He was currently attending Washington High School as a sophomore.

Kareem was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, grandson, great grandson, and friend. He had a smile that would melt you and had a big heart. Even if Kareem was sad you never knew because he had this beautiful "smirky" smile that we all loved. Kareem had a way of lighting up every room he was in and loved making people laugh. He found it funny doing selfies somewhere in the house and sending them, and you would go to that spot and he wouldn't be there.

Kareem had a great love for sports. He excelled in football and basketball which he has played since 1st grade. He loved hanging out with his friends and making people laugh. Kareem was very special to a lot of people. Kareem was always surrounded by friends and family, always there to watch him.

Kareem is survived by his mother, Nikki Arrington and Ziggy Arrington (step dad), brothers: Kaden, Khalil & Kamden Cisse, sister Miah Sands, grandparents Patty Graeber & special friend Daryl Alons, all of Sioux Falls, great grandparents Bev & Ken Mikkelson (AZ), a special aunt Karla Mikkelson (AZ), uncles, Jesse Sands (Victoria), Kenny Vetch (Kelly), nephews Gavin & Tucker Vetch (GA), Zeppilin Sands, Zearrie Christion (Sioux Falls) and many cousins.

Services for Kareem will be held Tuesday February 28th at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church at 5500 E 57th St. Viewing will be 2-4pm with the service following at 4pm. Burial will be held Wednesday March 1st at Woodland Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Heritage Funeral Home.
