Kathleen Ann Haney

Kathleen Ann Haney was born to James Ellis Haney and Virginia Mulligan on April 3, 1947 in Omaha, Nebraska. She was called home on May 9, 2017.

She attended Lead-Deadwood High School, and lived in Deadwood, Omaha and Sturgis. Kathy worked at Sturgis Meats before retiring. Her final home was in Sioux Falls, SD.

Kathy enjoyed tending to her plants and flowers, and doing all sorts of different crafts. She loved spending time with her family and friends, and going thrift store shopping. In her younger years, she was a member of Deadwood Bounty Hunters. Her pride and joys were her grandchildren and two beautiful daughters.

There was never a dull moment with Kathy around. She made friends everywhere she went and considered many her adopted children and grandkids! Her proudest moments were watching Kaleb as he just finished his 4th year in the Army Reserves as weekend warrior, Keely finishing her 1st year of college, and Collin soon beginning his Senior Year. Kathy had a smile that could make a bad day so much better.
