Shirley Ann Bills died peacefully in her home on Sunday, January 1, 2017 in Sioux Falls, SD.

Her Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, January 6, 2017 at First Christian Church, 524 West 13th, Sioux Falls with Rev. Dr. Dennis C. Lake officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home Downtown, 507 S. Main Ave., Sioux Falls.

Shirley was born on February 17, 1926 to Sam and Mae Woolheater. She lived in Sioux Falls her entire life. She was united in marriage with Mory Bills on August 25, 1946. They were blessed with four boys, Terry, Tom, Jim and Gerry.

Shirley enjoyed family vacations fishing at Potato Lake in Minnesota where she always caught the biggest fish. She participated in several bowling leagues for many years. After the boys were grown and out of the house, Shirley enjoyed playing cards and other games with the neighborhood ladies. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and spent a lot of time watching their ballgames and other activities.

Grateful for having shared her life are her husband Mory, Sioux Falls, SD; her sons Terry (Patricia) Bills, Highland, IN; Tom (Teri) Bills, Sioux Falls, SD; Gerry (LeeAnn) Bills, Sioux Falls, SD; Jim Bills, Brandon, SD; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; her sister Marlys "Sis" Woolheater and close friend Eula Varns.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Mae Woolheater, her brothers, Howard, Wayne, Kenneth, and Grant; her sisters, Eileen, Norma, Lovey, Hazel, MariLou, Jeanne, and an infant sister; and daughter-in-law, Val Bills.
