Friends of Willy Cellucci loved to hear him tell stories. And it didn't matter if it was his story, or someone else's. It was going to be epic. Read the news obituary.

Although at times of such sorrow there's so little words can say, Still may these words of sympathy help comfort you today...I'm sorry to say we have never meet but we are related. Willys mother was my fathers sister and my memories of Willy are of a long time ago when he lived in CT.
Please except my families condolences for your loss.

To the Cellucci Family - With our deepest sympathy, We wish you strength during this difficult time. I will always remember those really fun times we all had in the Benziger days and that Willy was a gracious host, thoughtful, honest and a great story teller. I always felt when I arrived at The Palm, I was the center of his attention and part of his family and friends. He had this unique ability to treat everyone so special…
Jonelle, Karen and I remember our young families hanging out having a great time in Sonoma during the time when your family first arrived back in Atlanta. It seemed like yesterday...
My deepest condolences to you and the boys. Willy will be missed...

Jonelle, Danny and Jack - I am so sorry for your loss of Willy. I admired his hard fight against cancer, but remember him most for his generosity to the Montgomery families. Those times at the Palm with Santa were huge memories for us. Our love and prayers are with all of you.

Willie was one of a kind.... and kind was what he always was to everyone he met. A gentleman in the true meaning of the definition.
He will be missed by many.

It was a real joy to golf, work, and socialize in Washington with this world class individual. I was very lucky to know him and will cherish those memories. God bless his family.

My family remembers "Coach Willy" from youth sports at the Ashford-Dunwoody YMCA. I can still recall the hours of T-ball and soccer. Willy was a parent volunteer and so patient, relaxed and fun - and dedicated to his family. The world was lucky to have him!

A bright light and welcoming personality has left us and I can't express the sorrow I feel for losing the opportunity for his family, friends, associates and myself to experience both in the future. So pleased that I have a “Pinky” hat signed by Willy on my office wall.
