It was such an inspiration to see Pina and Mr. Basil so happy together all those years we visited their Restaurant. It was so obvious that they remained sweethearts. Pina was an elegant lady who treated everyone like they were family, always the gracious hostess. She loved to share her recipes and I remember her pulling pkgs. of Filo dough from the freezer for me since at that time it wasn't easy to find. She was generous and always kind, with a smile that melted your heart. She was greatly loved. May her memory be eternal.

I formally met Ka. Pina several years ago at the hospital in Savannah where my Aunt Marie Constantine was dying of cancer. A very gracious lady and very attentive in helping Aunt Marie to rest in peace in her final days. She makes us all proud to be Greeks and the heritage we have. May her memory be eternal.
