I was so sorry to learn of our loss. Just today a friend emailed to tell me. She was truly a great lady. We worked together for many years, both at the bank, and in later years in the home of Loraine and Tom. They were truly a couple devoted to each other and their family.

Susie - I have very fond memories of your mother, both of her visiting at Dulwich Picture Gallery, London and of my own visit to her beautiful house in Atlanta. She was a gracious, elegant and formidable lady. My very sincere condolences to you and all her family,

I was very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was the very definition of a true southern woman and she will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her. I had the greatest pleasure of working closely with her for over 10 years. One of my greatest memories of her was listening to the stories of her many travels. She had a way of making you feel as if you were on that adventure with her. My deepest sympathy goes out to all.
