I was sadden to hear of the passing of your father. I remember him from my days in the public school system and your mother taught me at Turner High School. Mr. Fisher was a concerned and caring teacher and coach. He taught me in my eighth and ninth grade years. I am proud to have been taught by him. I rejoiced in his athletic successes as I followed his career. My prayers are with his family during this - his homegoing.

Ramona, You don't know me but your father, Coach Fisher taught me in the 8th grade at Center High School in Waycross, Georgia-Class of '61. He was a wonderful man and I can remember how proud he was of me when he saw me working in Atlanta Public Schools as a teacher. You were blessed with a wonderful man as your father. I thank God for him in my life shaping and nurturing me and my classmates with his lessons and great smile and laughter. He enjoyed his life and impacted so many students. Thanks for sharing your father with us!
