Sheila, Crystal and family, the three of you sisters each in your own way have been so special to me and my family and your kids as well. Francis was a jewel, with personality plus and she will be missed, but we have memories and the comfort of knowing she's with our Heavenly Father. What a blessing! I'll keep you all in our prayers. A life well lived and a loved one gone on to be with the Lord. May our God comfort the family during this time of testing, but, know that earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. My "play" brother Fred and Frances were very special to me. Frances and I not only shared the same middle name but were affectionately called by that name by our family and dearest friends: "Jean" and "Jene". She is now resting in God's bosom as he is also. We celebrate her life as we mourn her demise. Our sincere condolences to the entire family. Sincerely,
Rev. Dr. Preston R. and Dr. Gloria J. Winfrey - friends at Pilgrim Baptist Church in Chicago, at CPS and even in Cincinnati.

Dear Family and Friends of Frances Carter,
Dennis and I were sadden by the sudden loss of our Aunt Frances.
We received a phone call earlier this month from her thanking Dennis again for the audiotapes Dennis made for her and Uncle Fred years ago.
We will miss her kindness, unequaled style, and her example of devoted love to Uncle Fred. Praise God for Aunt Frances knew true love with someone who loved her so much, too.
You showed all of your nieces how to be the best wife to our husband, just like you always said you would, Aunt Frances.
Rest well, dear Aunt in the loving arms of Jesus. I know my uncle is so happy to see you.
