Nancy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, as well as a highly respected and devoted librarian, professor, mentor, and legal scholar. She was born in Chicago to Jim and Marie Reilly in 1949. She graduated with a B.A. from Marycrest College in Davenport Iowa 1971, with a Masters in Library Science from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in 1974, and with a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law in 1985.
