Nan and I are so saddened to learn of Bill's passing. I had the pleasure of serving in the State Senate with Bill and Jack, and we became fast friends, and have remained so for these years since. Bill's life is a role model for each of us. We pray that God will comfort you, Mrs. Fincher, and the rest of the Family.
