William John "Jack" Wagner Obituary
William John (Jack) Wagner died December 4, 2017 after a long illness at his home in Dunwoody, Georgia. Born in Queens, New York on September 12, 1938 to Bill and Harriet Wagner, Jack lived in Schenectady, New York and graduated from St. Lawrence University. Jack and MollyO, his wife of more than 50 years, lived in Radnor and Bethlehem, PA before moving to Atlanta. In addition to a career in Supply Chain Management at GE, Air Products, and BellSouth, Jack was active in the Institute of Supply Management (ISM), representing it on the Board of International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM). In his elected position as Director General, Jack was a guest in countries on six continents. Jack was an active member of Holy Innocents Episcopal Church and served on the Board of Directors of Emmaus House. As an avid golfer, he chaired several Cap CURE Tournaments. The family spent time for more than 50 summers on Block Island where Jack assembled wonderful collages of the things found on the beach. He is fondly remembered in the Great Salt Pond in his clamming vest digging. Jack is survived by his wife Molly-O, their daughters, Melissa Singletary (Richard), Becky Teague (David), Polly Nicholas (Ross), and seven Grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 14th, at 11:00 am at Holy Innocents Episcopal Church, 805 Mount Vernon Hwy, Atlanta, GA 30327. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jack's honor to Holy Innocents Church and Emmaus House.
