SAKS, Brett DR. BRETT STEVEN SAKS Dr. Brett Steven Saks passed away Saturday, October 4th near Coolidge, AZ due to injuries sustained while training for the QMDC charity bicycle ride to benefit the Challenged Athletes Foundation. He was born on August 17th, 1968 in Monticello, NY. He graduated from Florida State University and earned his D.C. from Life College of Chiropractic in Marietta, GA. Brett and his wife Kim made their home in Chandler, AZ, where Brett was a health and wellness coach. Trained in chiropractic, acupuncture, clinical nutrition, and naturopathy, Brett's passion was to help his patients achieve their goals. He is survived by his wife, Kim; his children, Aaron and Ana; mother and father, Cathy and Larry Saks; sister, Jodi Fagan; brother-in-law, Brian Fagan; nephew, Patrick Fagan; mother and father-in law, Linda and PC Cochran; brother and sister-in-law, Craig and Muriel Cochran; niece, Brynn Cochran; nephew, Cullen Cochran; grandmother-in-law, Thelma O'Dell; aunt, Diane Slatkin; aunt and uncle, Sheila and Charles Kaplan; cousins, Jason and Robin Slatkin, Shayna Slatkin, Evan Slatkin, Scott and Gayle Kaplan, Justin, Jillian, Jayden, and Julia Kaplan, Melissa and Ashley Jablonski, Ricky and Carrie Welkis, Noah and Joshua Welkis, and Jamie and Leah Cacciatore. Services held on October 6, 2008 in Phoenix, AZ.
