Dear Dr Nell,Dr Kimbro, corresponding granchildren who I have never met,Dr Andrew Krantz,Dr John Sidney,Dr DD Humber, and family and friends of the wonderful Dr Sid Williams.
In my life I have never met a human being who positively affected so many lives on God's earth more than this wonderful person.
In the late 70s I was fortunate enough to be in the first transfer group to Life Chiropractic College from the NY Chiropractic School on Long Island. During that time I was blessed to have had the opportunity and honor of being treated like a friend from "Dr Sid". Nothing has ever been more exciting for me in my Chiropractic career. I have been telling wondeful stories of numerous conversations with "Dr Sid" all of my life.
The wonderful memories of those conversations will carry on in my life forever. Thanks to "Dr Sid", the best memories of my whole life were the 2 and 1/2 years I spent at Dr Sid's Legacy,Life Chiropractic School. I feel all that I have become in Life I certainly owe and attribute to Dr Sid who made it all happen.
Those of us who were there when Dr Sid opened his Legacy (Life Chiropractic College)had an opportunity that most Chiropractors never had and will never experience. The opportunity to be friends and get close with a man who generations of Chiropractors to come will only read about. Of course this does mean that whether I like it or not I am getting older. Given this "trade off" I will accept aging just to have known this great ICON, who we know as "DR SID" .....
Love and Respect,
Dr Bud Fein

Dr. Williams was a true visionary who inspired thousands of chiropractors and others alike. His fortitude and guidance provided the basis of a wonderful equipped army of Chiropractors to carry on his legacy and the dedication he imparted to us that in the "Big Idea" we could serve through love and respect for the principle that nothing less then concern, empathy, and the knowledge that healing occurs when the right selection of emotional and physical application is applied to begin the restoration of the whole being. We have lost a unique great person in physical form however his incredible legacy will continue to be the great protector and leader during this prolific time in acceptance ofChiropractic as a basic choice for Health Care. Thank you Dr. Williams you were our (CHAMPION) With Great sadness and overwhelming joy. As Always, Dr. Tom Born Class of 1988

I grew up 3 doors up from the Williams family and respected Dr.Sid's mom and daddy so much, too. I looked up to him when I was a child as he was like a father figure to me. When they moved to Mableton, we had just moved there, too, so we "kept up with the family for years" but had lost touch the past twenty or so. I am so proud of all of Dr.Sid's accomplishments and know many doctors of chiropractic that studied at Life University. God Bless Nell, and the whole family.

Was so sorry to hear about Dr. Sid's death. I'm sure Dr. Don welcomed him into heaven. I can just imagine the reunion between the two. Both are healthy and whole now without pain and suffering. I remember all of those DE meetings when our children were young. Dr. Sid was a mighty speaker about Chiropractic. Our family will be keeping you and your family in prayer. Dr. Nell, I know what you are going through. God will carry you through this grief. Marilyn, Dr. Don, Jr and Julie Parkerson

Dr.& Mrs. W. B. Bean offer their prayers for Dr. Nell and the family of Dr. Sid. He is key in my bank of lifelong memories, having known him through my father since Sid was an officer in the Georgia Army National Guard when I was 10 years old; later as a fellow D. C. and then as I was one of the earliest staff members of Life University in 1974 and was one of the earliest members of DE. His stern outspoken and well published belief in the truth of the principles of Chiropractic will be a guidepost for the profession forever. Thank you Dr. Sid for your shining example and parentage of that which has become the lightsource of healing and health for millions.
