EVANS, Ga. - Our beautiful Lyndsie has left her pain and suffering behind and is now in Heaven...running and dancing and singing praises to our Heavenly Father! Our hearts are completely broken and lonely beyond anything we have ever known, but our faith in our gracious and loving Heavenly Father is stronger and more real than at any other time in our lives. We have seen with our own eyes what the power of God looked like in her precious life and have now seen with our own eyes God's all-consuming love and power in her death. We have experienced the presence of God in such a real way that we will never be the same. We will continue to honor Lyndsie by sharing her beautiful story of faithfulness to God and her love for others and honor the Lord by sharing His message of salvation and grace with all who will listen. Thank you to everyone who has loved on our sweet Lyndsie and encouraged her along the way. She felt your love and prayers every day. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, August 31, 2015 at Abilene Baptist Church with Pastor Stephen Kendrick officiating. Burial will follow at Westover Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you honor Lyndsie by meeting a need in someone's life. Beggs and Brooker families, we praise God for the 15 years we were able to know Lyndsie and watch her run the race set before her. Such a beautiful spirit who touched our hearts and those of countless others. We mourn with you for this time of separation from Lyndsie. She was simply AMAZING...Not that I knew her personally but I knew her spirit and her story. The fact that she will never suffer again, I am happy. To know that she her physical presence will not be here with her family, I am sad, BUT the sadness is only for a moment because Lyndsie leaves a piece of herself with everyone that she's touched, she's amazing like that. I've prayed for her for some years and now I must pray that GOD will continue to comfort the hearts of her husband, children, mother, father, siblings, aunts and uncles, cousins and her dear friends. Cherish her beautiful memories as they will forever live. RIP Lyndsie....RIP

I loved reading Lyndsie's blog through the years. I found her blog back in January 2010, it inspired me to create my own blog. Even though I had never met Lyndsie, I knew that she had the sweetest heart, one that passionately served the Lord. I read her words, via her blog, as she longed to become a mother. And when she finally got to bring a beautiful son home, my heart burst. Soon after, I found out that she now had a girl and it was around this time that she made her blog and Facebook private (understandably so), so we lost touch. I suffer from a chronic condition that required extensive surgeries over the summer. I live in Macon, however, The Medical College of GA is where I receive treatments. I was there for three consecutive months and have just been discharged. I know that MCG is also where Lyndsie received treatments (I think?) Lyndsie and I share a mutual friend who let me know how Lyndsie was doing. I prayed deligenty for her while I was at MCG this summer and even though my desire was not recipicated, God's desire was. I don't understand why, but I guess it's not for me to understand. I've been praying for Daniel ever since I heard the news on Friday. I'm praying that he receives great amounts of peace and comfort...along with the Beggs\Brooker families and all of Lyndsie's close friends. Heaven gained a beautiful soul, for sure.

Me and my mother Melanie Goodroe are so sorry to hear of Lyndsie's passing.My mother Melanie and my aunt Melinda Griffin worked with Daniel and his brother's at DynCorp here in Albany.My mother always had the nicest things to say about Daniel.She said he was always in a good mood,easy to work with,and we were both impressed by how mature he was and how he loved Lyndsie so much and I'm sure he still does and always will.Death never changes our love we have for ones we've lost.I use to look at Lyndsie's blog and you could see how in love her and Daniel were.It's so sad that they have gone through so much especially Lyndsie.I'm glad she's not suffering anymore.Me and my Mom just wanted to say how sorry we are to hear about her death.I didn't know Lyndsie and Daniel but my prayers are with the Brooker and Beggs families.So sorry for your sweet and beautiful loss.
