Kelly McHugh Walters, age 51 of Oswego, IL, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at her residence. She was born August 11, 1967 in Oak Park, IL, the daughter of Kenneth A. McHugh and Juliann T. Isenberger. Kelly was a loving daughter, wife, mother and friend. She loved to shop and rarely left the house without heels on except when bowling. She had a fondness for wine and taking adventures with her husband. Kelly dedicated 25 years at Sinai Health Systems in Chicago working in Human Resources and the past year at Joliet Junior College. She is survived by her husband of 27 years Jay Walters, daughter Emily (Kevin) Walters-Hardman of Lisle, IL, sisters Kim (Matt) LaLonde of Downers Grove, IL, Kristi (Doug) Sherlag of Downers Grove, IL, Mary Kate McHugh of Woodstock, IL, brothers John (Ingrid) McHugh of St. Charles, IL, Andy (Adriana) McHugh of Elmhurst, IL, Patrick (Nicolina) McHugh of Villa Park, IL, Michael McHugh of Chicago, IL, father and mother-in-law Randy & Judy Walters of Geneseo, IL, brother-in-law Thom Walters of Burlington, IA, sister-in-law Holly (Ted) Popov of Carbondale, IL, 11 nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Lisa Walters and step-father Robert H. Isenberger. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at St. Anne Catholic Church, 551 Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, IL.
