Born in October 1945, in Kansas City, to McDavid and Betty Jean (Burns) Cochran, she was the oldest of four siblings; three brothers, Mike, Martin and Mac. Passed away on July 19, 2018 at Antelope Valley Hospital, following a prolonged illness. Previously wed, she bore her loving son, Dean Paul Long. Was remarried to her husband of the past 42 years, Chris. There union brought Christian (Christi) Dawn into the world in 1980. Lived in the Antelope Valley for 28 year, she enjoyed retirement for most of those years. Her previous career spanned the beverage, manufacturing, insurance and weight loss industries. Survived by her three brothers, her husband Christopher (Chris) Lovitt, daughter Christi Dilbeck, granddaughter Sarah Dilbeck, son Dean Long (Marina), grandchildren Catie and Ryan Long and grandchildren Amanda (Long) Wankowski, Kayla Long, great grandchildren TJ, Marley and Gage. A private funeral service and burial was held on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at Rose Hills Cemetery, Whittier Calif.
