Shirley Taylor NASH

On October 15, 2018, Shirley Taylor Nash, mother,grandmother and beloved "GG" passed away at the age of 83 years. Shirley was born in Barnesboro, Pennsylvania. She and husband Thomas Nash had three children and later moved to the Antelope Valley where they raised their family. She worked most notably in the banking industry at Antelope Valley Bank for over 20 years, where she retired as Operations Manager. After retirement, she traveled as much as possible and later she joined a group of friends that became her card playing buddies. Every week, until her death, she played cards and of course cooked for the group. Shirley loved to cook and bake for people. It was her way of saying "I love you". She was blessed, and she blessed those around her. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Thomas L. Nash. She will be forever remembered by her children, Sherry Wood (Tim), Wendy Flynt (Frank), and Thomas Nash along with their children, Sara Bell (Christopher), Steve Wood (Kaley), Scott Wood (Sarah), Callie Barbee (Steve), Lacey Bailey (Alonzo), Taylor Nash, and Tommy Nash. "GG" will also be lovingly remembered by her great grandchildren Katelyn Wood, Blake Wood, Shelby Wood, Seely Barbee, Abbie Barbee and Jarret
