To Mitzie's Family,
Your loss touches many who understand how your hearts are sorrowful. I knew Mitzie at Carl Hayden (and Tolleson) and no matter what the situation, Mitzie always had it in hand. She brought a sense of calm to everything, and when you walked in her office, you immediately felt good just being around her. She had an amazing inner strength.
"Over all the mountaintops is peace. In all the treetops you perceive scarely a breath. The birds in the forest are silent. Wait, then: soon you, too, will have peace." ~Goethe

I was fortunate enough to have Mitzi as my "boss" during my teaching career twice! She was the BEST Administrative Assistant I had in my 27 years with PUHSD. She especially took good care of me and Dr. Mac...thank goodness. The pleasant smile and her readiness to help in any situation will be hard to replace. My love to all of you.

Dear family of Mitzie: Mitzie was an inspiration to me when we worked together at Carl Hayden. She was the backbone of the school and everyone loved her dearly. She's a beautiful soul and will be missed by all.

I so will miss Mitzie...she was the glue that held us all together. Always greeting us with a smile, I could not have made it through my days without her. I am just devastated...amazing woman who touched so many of us. She made the world a better place and will be missed by so many. She was a gift to us all.
