Brian was the husband of the late Elizabeth MacKenzie and the son of the late Brian and Frances MacKenzie. Brian had a love and passion for music, sports and his three cats. He loved to play his guitars, sing and write songs. He used to perform on the streets of Nantucket when he resided there. His inspirations were the Beatles, Elvis Presley and Bon Jovi. He was an avid sports fan. His favorite teams were the NY Yankees and NY Giants. He and his wife enjoyed going to concerts and every year they participated in the Breast Cancer Awareness and Pat Tillman walks. Brian's hometown was Hemlock Farms, PA where he attended Lake Wallenpaupack High School and was the quarterback of the Buckhorns' varsity football team. Brian's favorite places to visit were Pennsylvania, New York City, Stamford, CT and Nantucket where he and his wife met and lived for several years. The ashes of Brian and his wife will be scattered on Nantucket Island sometime this fall. Brian leaves behind his sister Terry MacKenzie and her husband who reside in Stamford, CT.
