Howard Whitfield "Whit" Crail Jr.

Crail, Howard "Whit" Whitfield Jr.
Born in San Francisco on August 31, 1947, he was one of three children and resided in Cave Creek as an Arizona resident for over 40 years. Whit attended The Orme School, University of Southern California and Arizona State University where he earned his J.D. He had a Private Practice in Scottsdale and also served as Corporate Legal Counsel for several major corporations. In the community he was appointed by Governor Jane D. Hull to the Board of Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Fund, active with Maricopa County Planning & Development, Scottsdale Rotary, Boys and Girls Clubs, and Scottsdale Railroad and Mechanical Society. Whit is survived by his wife Valerie of 25 years; children Marsha and Jay and his wife Katie; and brother, Richard and his wife, Lynn Parker. In lieu of flowers, the Family requests sending contributions in Whit's name to either , 1510 E. Flower St, Phoenix, AZ 85014 or the Scottsdale Railroad and Mechanical Society, 7301 E. Indian Bend Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85250.
