Chelsea Nicole Chapman
Phoenix - We lost our beloved Chelsea unexpectedly on Monday, January 7th , 2019.
Chelsea was born in Phoenix, AZ on November 24th, 1984 to David and Theresa Chapman. Chelsea is
survived by her two children Mikayla (14), David (9), their father Michael Thompson, her mother and
best friend Theresa Nelson (Smith), Step-father John Nelson, brothers Luke, Weston, and Jesse Glover, Grandparents, and extended family.
Chelsea was a strong advocate for all animals. She rescued any animal that came across her path with her loving, healing touch. Family gatherings will never be the same without Chelsea's sense of humor, charisma, spark (which matched her beautiful red hair) and dynamic personality. We love you Chelsea!
A celebration of life will be held on January 26th at Frontier Town in Cave Creek, 6245 E Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek, AZ 85331 from 2-7pm with ceremony starting at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to Chelsea's "Go fund me" account at:
