I have been blessed to have shared a small piece of this wonderful woman's life. Jean was a light in the darkness for so many children in her years of service as a teacher and librarian. She was my teaching colleague in the Mesa District and a dedicated member and activist in my union the Mesa Education Association. I was also fortunate to know Jean's lovely family. I had both of her amazing children as students in my class and got to know her husband as we both contributed our time to help with the activities of our children at Mesa High. Her years on this earth were well spent in service to others. She will be celebrated and dearly missed.

Words are inadequate to be able to honor this great associate and friend that I had the privilege of working with for 12 1/2 years as principal of Eisenhower School in Mesa. As Media Center Director, there was nothing too difficult for her to arrange in order to accommodate the needs of those she served. She had many talents and abilities to be able to chose those she worked with to accomplish the impossible and make good things happen.
Father in Heaven will provide a place for her to continue to serve and bring about her love for others the fruits of her hearts desires throughout eternity

Jean and I were friends at NAU. She had such a great sense of humor and kind spirit. It was fun keeping in touch with her through Fred and Fran at Beatitudes. A shining light gone too soon.

Jean was a neighbor and friend and one of the most special people I know with a delightful, positive personality combined with also being highly intelligent. It is an honor to know her. Barb Morandi
