Lynne Edith Mangino Obituary
Lynne Edith Mangino

Phoenix - Lynne Edith Mangino passed away at home on June 6, 2018. Lynne was born on October 6, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois to Philip and Bernice Erzinger. Lynne and her family moved to Arizona via train when she was 12 years old. After graduating from North High in 1951, Lynne moved to San Diego where she studied theater at San Diego State. Afterward, Lynne travelled between San Diego and Arizona regularly to perform in multiple musical productions. She moved back to Arizona and met her future husband, Louis, through work at Skaggs Drug Store. They married in 1966 and had two children, Lisa and Lou. Lynne worked part time as a sales clerk at Diamonds and Dillard's but her primary and proudest occupation was being a mom to Lisa and Lou. She enjoyed vacationing in Prescott with family and taking road trips to California in the family van. Lynne will always be remembered for her love of her family and pets, her warm and caring personality, an infectious laugh, and a love of musicals. Lynne is preceded in death by her husband Louis J (2004) and is survived by her daughter Lisa, son Lou, granddaughter Nellie, daughter-in-law Shannon and beloved cat Fur Baby Cutie Patootie. Thank you for being a wonderful mom, grandmother, and mother-in-law. We will hold you in our hearts forever. Services will be held at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary on Friday June 15th at 1pm.
