I knew Simone from grade school at St. Thomas the Apostle and then we both went to Camelback High School. I remember her as a lover of animals. I wish we had kept in touch. She was a good person.

I know this is years late, but I remember Simone from the Casa de Paz y Bien in Scottsdale. Many of us attended folk mass there on Sunday nights in the '60s and '70s, and I got to know her a little during those times. She was an attractive, intelligent and centered lady whom I trust is now in the presence of the Lord. It was a pleasure and a privilege to know her.

Ms. Bibeau was my teacher and taught me how to read. She was my favorite teacher because she was interested in each child in her class and she really wanted us to succeed. No other teacher saw in me the potential she saw. I loved her and was so lucky to have her as my 1st grade teacher and 6th grade teacher. I will always love her. I am so sorry for your loss. I know how losing her and her spirit of adventure leaves a huge hole in your family. I know that we will see her again when we cross over to the pearly gates and our reunion will be one of friendship and live for each other.

Dave, we are shocked and saddened by your loss. We are so grateful for your friendship with Bill and perhaps these unfortunate circumstances might have a small silver lining in that you may be a comfort to each other now. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Take care and God Bless.
