Marlene Chodash Peterfreund
Phoenix - Marlene Peterfreund, 73, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York passed away August 18th 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona where she has resided for 42 years. Marlene Peterfreund, daughter of Nat and Anne Chodash, loving wife of Terry Peterfreund, passed away on August 18th after a long and hard battle with Pancreatic Cancer. She is survived by her husband Terry, and three children: Stacey, Lisa, and Keith. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, all living in the Phoenix area. Marlene worked at International Fitness Center, MCI, and as a stock associate at Marshalls home goods. Marlene loved going out on the weekends with her husband Terry and spending time with her loving grandchildren. She fought long, hard, and didn't give up an easy fight. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. We love you Marlene.

I adored Marlene and am so saddened by her death. I wanted so much more for her and more time for you all to spend with her. Her beautiful smile brightened my day and I am honored to have been a part of her care team. She was such a warrior!
