To my best buddy at JHS Senior year, we were a mismatch physically, 5'7" Hawaiian jock and you a foot taller gangly artistic sonfagun! We loved R & R and loved playing it with our garage band practice in your back yard attracting all the neighborhood kids! Remember the time, you, me, Eric Jenkins and my brother took a train to downtown Tokyo, walked into a music store with amps, guitar, bass and drum set laying around and we picked up our respective instruments, turned on and jammed much to the amusement of the store employees...they finally kicked usout..but we had a BLAST!

RIP dad. You taught me to be the man I am today. You passed on the life lessons you learned to me, I only hope to be half the man you were. You inspired me to continue to move forward and never say I can't. You taught me how to ride a motorcycle, which to this day I will never forget how proud you looked when I bought my first bike. From one biker to another, enjoy the final ride to heaven and keep the shiny side up. Love you pop.

So very sorry for your loss. Have many fond memories of George, between going to the lake, camping or just hanging out. George knew everything about everything and he would always share his knowledge with me. I'm so glad to have known George and will miss seeing and talking to him. Our family will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers! We love you.

So sorry for your loss of George. We just read the obituary tonight and are shocked. We knew George when he lived in Wichita back in the 60s. We wish we had looked him up when we moved back to Arizona, but time had passed and we lost touch. Bob helped George move from Wichita to Tyler, TX when George was with NCR. Mary rented his old apartment on Hunter in Wichita and George had many parties that we attended and he always liked to dance. We will remember him fondly.

I remember that day I saw you out by the pool in the Apartment Complex we lived in. I knew that day that you would be the man I married and my true love. You were a wonderful and loving husband, father and grandfather. My life was so much better with you in it. I love you with all my heart and will miss you dearly.

I still can't believe this is real, that I'll never hug you hello again, or hear you tell me to take care of myself when we say bye, never hear you in the background making some witty comment while talking to mom on the phone, or hear you end every call with "tell Dylan to 'get out'" (insert Arnold voice). You were an amazing man and I hope you know the lasting impression you left on everyone who was lucky enough to meet you. You will be forever missed and always remembered. I love you Dad.
