I have just learned of Michael's passing. I am an urban planner. Michael and I met years ago when I provided minor research for a condemnation case. Although I was not a major team member, I was enveloped and charmed by Michael's charisma. I think of him often and will miss him very much.

I had the privilege of getting to know Michael while working on a trial in Phoenix. He proved to be a wonderful person with a true zest for life and genuine appreciation for those around him. I know he will be missed.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michael and Mary for years. Michael had the tenacity and intellect to run a successful law firm, but also possessed kindness and sincerity when dealing with others. Family and friends will continue to witness Michael’s love, generosity, and wit, through Mary, who is blessed with those same wonderful qualities.

It was my privilege to become acquainted with Michael and be able to say that I worked for him. The world will be less compassionate and much less fun without him. My sincere sympathies to his friends, family and work family. Shelley

It was an honor and a privilege to have known Michael and to have worked with him. At first meeting Michael, he had a way of making you feel like you've known him for years - that was his wonderful, magnetic personality. Michael will be missed and remembered always - with admiration and love. With my deepest sympathies to Mary (and family)- through this difficult time, may you find comfort in your friends and family and the wonderful memories of the life you shared with Michael.
