His daughter Liz inherited his business sense and sensibility. He was a generous gentleman and though he was a serious horse breeder for racing, he retained a mischievous sense of humor, a dry wit that would come out when least ex;dc

I have many great memories of days with Frank and Ginny. Fishing trips on the Chesapeake Bay from his native Eastern Shore, pheasant hunting at the beautiful Hunting Fields with his beloved dogs and my sons. I also have many great race track stories as their trainer. In his later years, I would pick him up and drive him to Maryland Million meetings during which he could be quite blunt but wise. When he was talking, I always made sure I was listening.

I have so many fond memories of Uncle Frank. He had a charm that simply drew you in. He was warm and kind with a dry wit that matched the twinkle in his eye. He will be missed by many.
My deepest condolences to Aunt Ginny, Liz and Charlie.
