Betty Kruczynski Notice
Betty Ruth Kruczynski of Aberdeen died Sunday, May 13 at Brightview Assisted Living. She was 91. Born in Ashland, KY she was the daughter of the late William A. & Macie Morrison (nee. France) and wife of the late Frank Kruczynski who passed in 2013. Mrs. Kruczynski had worked for the Department of Defense at APG, where she culminated her lifelong commitment to civil service after 22 years as an army wife. Betty and her husband Frank travelled to Okinawa, Japan and Germany with their sons during Frank's deployment in the Korean War. She was a Trustee and Usher of Grove Presbyterian Church, where she attended services since 1971, and was a member of the Order of The Eastern Star. She is survived by her children, Sheryl A. Wright of Darlington, MD, Frank J. Kruczynski of Lyman, SC and David L. Kruczynski of Amissville, VA; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings and a granddaughter, as well as her husband, Frank, of 61 years. Together, they filled each other's long lives with family, grace, and love. A visitation will be held at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home on Friday, May 18 from 6-9pm. Funeral services will be at Grove Presbyterian Church on Saturday, May 19 at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Harford Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to Grove Presbyterian Church, 50 E. Bel Air Ave., Aberdeen, MD 21001.
