Neil and I interfaced in Columbia over many years, professionally, personally and socially. As an architect, we worked together at the Rouse Company, collaborating on mutual private design projects. He was a close friend, colleague and even competitor! I cherished our friendship. We even designed and built our families' homes across the street from each other in Columbia, where both of our children grew up together. RIP good buddy!
