Alberto Jose Valdez, 35, entered the Lord’s heavenly kingdom on November 28, 2025 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas.
Alberto was born on December 13, 1989 in Harlingen, Texas to Braulio Alberto Valdez & Judy Rodriguez.
He is preceded in death by his father, Braulio Alberto Valdez; grandfather, Braulio Briones Valdez; aunts, Norma Florencia Valdez and Sonia Valdez.
Alberto leaves behind his loving family to cherish his wonderful memory, his mother, Judy Rodriguez; 2 daughters, Ariana Valdez and Alieyah Valdez; siblings, Manuel Jesse Rodriguez, Maria Angelica Valdez, and Joe Michael Valdez; nieces and nephews, Angelix Almanza, Aura Rangel, Felix Almanza III, Sonia Alberta Valdez, Denecio Rangel, Samuel Isiahs Perez, Andres Rodriguez, and Anninali Valdez; paternal grandmother, Maria Guadalupe Valdez, other relatives, and friends. Alberto was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, and friend who will be missed dearly.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the prayer of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Trinity Funeral Chapel of the Holy Spirit.
A funeral procession will depart Trinity Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. Monday, December 8, 2025 for a 10:00 a.m. mass of Christian burial at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Santa Rosa, Texas.
Interment will follow to Santo Nombre Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. in Santa Rosa, Texas.
Honored to serve as his pallbearers will be Manuel Jesse Rodriguez, Joe Michael Valdez, Felix Almanza III, Dogoberto Sanchez, Lionel Garcia, and Javier Florencia, Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be Maria Valdez and Priscilla Sanchez.
