Alfred Poling, Sr. Obituary
Alfred Dayton Poling, Sr., 55, of Tunnelton died Saturday, January 3, 2015 at home with family by his side.
He was born May 30, 1959, in Kingwood, a son of the late Russell D. and Geraldine E. Calhoun Poling.
Alfred was self-employed and worked in construction. He loved 4-wheeling, hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his two sons, Alfred Poling, Jr. (A.J.) and spouse Cassandra and Ethan Poling all of Tunnelton; a brother, John Calhoun and wife, Star of Racine, WI; a sister, Janie and husband Bobby Wiles of Tunnelton and two grandchildren, Jayden Poling and Austin Poling.
Alfred was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jim Calhoun and James Poling.
Family and friends may call at the Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood from 4-8 PM Monday, January 5, and Tuesday, January 6, from 11 AM-12 PM the funeral hour with Reverened Ray Frankhouser officiating. Interment will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in memory of Alfred Poling to Browning Funeral Home.
