Allen John Cucinello

1946 - 2021

Allen J. Cucinello, age 75, of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away on August 3rd, 2021.

He is survived by his wife, Deirdre R. Cucinello; his three children, Cathy Siadous (Steve), Allen J. Cucinello II (Amy), and Jonathan R. Cucinello (Alys); his grandchildren, Aiden, Sophia, and Sonny Cucinello. He is also survived by his sister Linette Granon (Rick).

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Audrey Cucinello.

Allen was a member of the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era. He worked as a Planner & Estimator for the United States Navy in Belle Chase, Louisiana and retired after 35 years. He adored his children and grandchildren and loved spending time with them. He was known for his sense of humor and was quick with a comeback. He will be truly missed by family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital are appreciated.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,

1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA 
on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 12:30 P.M.

Interment to follow at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.

Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday after 10:30 A.M. until funeral time.
