This one hits so hard. I love you, Ms. Altovese. You were such a sweet, beautiful woman. I just spoke to you, and this still feels so unreal. Seeing your name like this hurts so deeply.
You weren´t just an employee-you were so much more. You were kind, you were a friend, and a true champion for your family and your residents. You touched so many lives in the most genuine way.
I am going to miss your sweet voice, always saying, "Lisha, don´t worry, I´ll be there," or "Don´t worry about it-don´t stress yourself." Those words meant more than you know.
I know you are at peace, and that brings comfort, but you will be missed beyond words. Thank you for everything you gave to all of us-for your care, your strength, and the joy you poured into everyone around you.
