(May 1, 1984 on Camano Island
till February 25, 2015)
Anthony was a loving Father, Brother, Son, Uncle, “Bucko”, Cousin, and Friend to Many.
Anthony gained his wings suddenly Wednesday, February 25, 2015 leaving us all with memories of many laughs, love, happiness, and even tears of heartache from his passing.
Anthony loved being the life of the party. He was and outdoorsman, loved animals, hunting, fishing, and loved the Farm.
Anthony loved his son Liam so much, as well as all his nieces and nephews. ”He was loved by so many, anyone would have been lucky to have been touched by this young man’s life”.
Anthony leaves behind his fiancé Jennifer McDowell; son Liam Conrad Nesje; parents Keith and Kimberly Nesje, John McDowell, step mother Helen Lippert; siblings Daniel Stewart, Elizabeth (Eric) Maddy, Timothy Webb, Allison Glantz, and Mariah, Shilo, and Cheyenne Lippert; grandparents Delores Trueman and Bill Enger; 16 nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins (too many to list) that Anthony considered as his family.
The family wants to express how truly grateful we all are for all the love, support and donations towards laying Anthony at rest.
“Gone, but never forgotten”
A viewing will be Thursday, March 5th, 9:00am-4:30pm at Gilbertson Funeral Home, Stanwood. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, March 14th, 2015 at 2:00pm, also at Gilbertson Funeral Home.

Anthony, was such a wonderful friend. My heart goes out to all his family at this time, especially Jennifer and Liam. There are no true words that can heal this pain, but there can be some contentment knowing he lived his life well, and is watching over his loved ones now. may he rest in peace and be remembered for the wonderful person he always was to all.
