Aubrey Fowler Obituary
Aubrey Allen Fowler, III, age 78, passed away on Friday December 12, 2025 at McLeod Regional Hospital in Florence, SC.
Allen was born on September 3, 1947 in Robeson County to the late Aubrey Allen Fowler Jr., and Nell Gaddy Fowler.
Allen was a lifelong resident of Fairmont, NC. He retired from McKee Craft as Plant Manager.
Allen is survived by his sisters, Pat Ray and Ruth Ann Brazill; a niece, Anna Ray; nephews, Elliot Ray and Trey Brazill; lifelong friend, Alex Benton Stubbs, a special “son”; Chris Mitchell.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 15, 2025 at Floyd Memorial Cemetery, 1549 Marion Stage Rd., Fairmont, NC 28340. Visitation will follow the service at the cemetery. At other times the family will receive friends at Allen’s home in Fairmont. Pastor Anthony Thomas will officiate the service
In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be made in Allen’s memory to Riverdale Holiness Church, PO Box 343, Fairmont, NC 28340.

Allen was a loyal member of our Class of 1965 lunch group and if you were lucky enough to sit by him you were well entertained. Allen, you will surely be missed, it was a pleasure to have known you.
